Artworks are one-offs and made to order and can not be returned for refund, exchange or credit; please choose the artworks carefully.
Before purchasing an artwork, please do contact us at miranda@mirandasmithart for further information on the work, or to arrange a studio visit to see the piece in person.
My artwork is faulty, what do I do?
In this unlikely event, please email us immediately at miranda@mirandasmithart and we will get back to you with what to do. We will cover postage price in the unlikely event of faulty items and give a full refund after the artwork is returned. We reserve the right to replace or repair the item where possible as per ACCC guidelines.
We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults cause by misuse, such as not following care instructions.
